Head Kings
Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Who provides it
These are the terms for using Head Kings, the big-head football game for Android, iOS and the browser. By playing, you accept them. Head Kings is a game by Veltrix Studios (owner: Iván Lozano Herrero), the controller named in the privacy policy. For anything, write to us at contacto@veltrixstudios.net.
Your account
You don’t need to sign up to play: the first time, a guest account is created, tied to your device. To keep it or carry on on another one, use Ajustes → Tu cuenta (Settings → Your account): a one-time code, a recovery key or, in the apps, saving it with Google or Apple.
Your account is personal: it may not be sold, lent or traded. You choose your nickname and flag; your nickname may not insult or harass anyone or pretend to be someone else, and if it does we may replace it with a generic one. If you are under 14, play with your parents’ or guardians’ permission and ask them before buying anything.
You can delete your account whenever you like (Ajustes → Privacidad → Borrar mi cuenta, Settings → Privacy → Delete my account; without the app, see how to delete your account): everything you had in the game is lost with it, including what you bought.
Coins, gems and in-game items
Coins, gems, cups, characters, accessories, cards and packs are virtual: we give you permission to use them in the game, but they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or for anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred to another account. Entry fees are paid in in-game coins and prizes are coins, gems, cards and packs: this is not a real-money game.
Purchases
In the apps you can buy gems and the welcome pack (once per account) with real money. It’s optional: everything can be earned by playing. Purchases are made on Google Play or the App Store and are governed by their terms, including their refund policies. What you buy reaches your account as soon as the store confirms the payment, and anyone who buys something stops seeing the ads between matches. If something doesn’t arrive, write to us at contacto@veltrixstudios.net with your friend code (Amigos, Friends, in the game).
Packs and random rewards
Anything you can get at random (packs and what’s inside them) shows its odds before you buy or open it: the percentage of each rarity, the guaranteed cards and the coins and gems it can contain. The game’s server decides the outcome, never your device.
AI opponents
So that you can always play without waiting, in some online matches your opponent is controlled by the game itself (an AI opponent):
- in ranked matches and the daily event, when there is no other player to match you with within a few seconds (in a new account’s first matches, that opponent plays weaker, so that you can learn);
- in every round of the Head Kings Cup (quarter-final, semi-final and final), with opponents that get harder each round.
AI opponents play by the same rules and with the same physics as any player; their skill depends on the league you play in and they use a character and a level similar to yours. They have a nickname, a flag, a level and a profile like any player, and they also send emotes. The entry fee, cups and prizes are the same as against a person.
In a room with a code, in a rematch and when you invite a friend (or accept their invitation), you always play against that person. In 2 Players, you both play on the same device.
AI opponents also appear in the season and all-time leaderboards: they take up places, but they don’t win prizes (the season prize depends on the league you reach, not on your place). If you send a friend request to an AI opponent, it stays unanswered and expires after 14 days, like any other.
In Training, when practising an event and in the tutorial, you play against the computer.
Fair play
The following is not allowed: using cheats, third-party software or your own bots; exploiting bugs in the game; fixing matches (for example, letting another account win); using several accounts to collect prizes; and buying, selling or trading accounts, coins, gems or items outside the game. If someone does any of this, we may remove what they gained that way or, in serious or repeated cases, close their account. If you think it’s a mistake, write to us.
The game has no chat: players can only send each other the game’s emotes and invitations to play.
Ads
The apps show ads: reward videos, which are shown only if you ask for them, and full-screen ads between matches (never during a match), which anyone who makes a real-money purchase stops seeing. The browser version has no ads. The data they use is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes to the game
The game changes: we may add, change or remove characters, accessories, packs, modes, leagues, events, prizes and prices. Online play needs an internet connection, and there may be outages or maintenance (Training and 2 Players work offline). If we change these terms in any important way, we will announce it in the game and here, with the date of the new version. If we ever shut the game down, we will announce it in advance.
Liability and governing law
The game is provided as it is; we do our best to make it work well, but we cannot guarantee that it will never fail. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim before its courts. If any part of these terms is not valid, the rest still applies.
