What gets deleted
Your profile, your progress (level, cups, coins, gems, characters, accessories and packs), your friends and requests, your history, your leaderboard position, your notification codes and the link to your Google or Apple account, if there was one (the “Sign in with Apple” authorization is revoked). It is deleted immediately and cannot be undone.
Two things may remain for a short time: your nickname, flag, level, cups and character in the history of the rivals you played, until those matches drop out of their last 50; and the server backups, which are deleted automatically after 30 days. Receipts for real-money purchases are kept, no longer linked to your account, for as long as tax regulations require.
From the game
- Open Ajustes (Settings: the cog in the top right corner).
- Under Privacidad (Privacy), tap Borrar mi cuenta (Delete my account).
- Confirm by typing BORRAR.
If you no longer have the app
If you saved your recovery key (the 16 letters created in Ajustes → Tu cuenta, Settings → Your account), use it to log in to the browser version and delete the account from there:
- Open the game in your browser: Play in your browser.
- In Ajustes → Tengo una cuenta (Settings → I have an account), type your recovery key.
- Once your account has loaded: Ajustes → Borrar mi cuenta and type BORRAR.
Without the app and without the key
Email us at contacto@veltrixstudios.net with your nickname and your friend code. The account doesn’t store anything that identifies you, so we can’t check that it is yours; but we can replace that nickname with a generic one so that nothing is left in your name.
We will never ask for your recovery key, by email or any other means: anyone who has it can log in to your account.
